Booking & Check-In FAQ’s

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Traditionally check-in is from 2.00pm and check-out is 10.00am. There is a key drop where keys can be left if you check-out early. An arrangement to leave keys in the safe can be made if you are arriving late. Please contact reception on 07 5474 1800 to advise if you are arriving after 5pm and you will be given a code for the safe and check-in instructions.

Is after hours check-in available?

There is a key safe where keys can be left if you check-out early. Arrangements to leave keys in the safe can be made if you are arriving late. You will need to contact reception to advise if you are arriving after 5pm and you will be given a code for the safe and check-in instructions.

Can I have a late check-out?

A late check-out can sometimes be offered. Please make your request at reception. Management reserves the right to charge a fee of $20 per hour for a late check-out at busy times.

What is Noosa Riviera’s Cancellation Policy?

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit must be made to secure a booking. If a tentative booking is made, a deposit must be paid within 7 days or earlier if requested, or the tentative booking will be cancelled.

Low Season:
A full refund up until 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation within the 14 day period prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation.

Mid Season, High Season and all school holidays:
A full refund up until one month prior to arrival date.
Cancellation within the one month period prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation.

Do you offer one bedroom options?

We create our one and two bedroom options by simply locking off the bedrooms and bathrooms you don’t need. This allows us to bring the price down for you.  You have the enjoyment of the whole apartment but pay only for the use of one bedroom and one bathroom. This option is ideal for couples

Do you offer long term stays?

Yes, long stays at Noosa Riviera Resort, are sometimes available. Tariffs can be negotiated according to the length of stay and the services included. Weekly servicing can be arranged and linen hired through the resort. Long stays are ideal if you are relocating, renovating, or wanting an extended escape.

Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Guest WiFi is FREE & with UNLIMITED data access. Bring your own content and devices – Chrome Casts, gaming devices, AppleTV’s, Foxtel Now, Google Assistant etc, and use our WiFi to stream and play! Easy connectivity in a secure in room network.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, we have secure undercover parking for one car.  There is additional parking for a second car and guests on the property and roadside parking.  

Is all linen provided?

Quality bed linen and towels are provided

How often are the rooms serviced?

If your stay is longer that 7 nights a weekly service is provided. This involves a light clean and change of linen. Extra servicing is available on request and charges will apply.

Is the pool heated?

The pool is heated.

Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

It is just a short walk to the river and Gympie Terrace, with its many restaurants and cafes.  Local supermarkets are also nearby

Is there public transport nearby?

Local bus run regularly to Hastings Street, Main Beach and Noosa Junction. The Ferry stop is a short stroll away. The Ferry is an ideal way to get to Hastings Street and the beach at busy times.
